Green Peas Corn Pulao

Ingredients

2.5 Medium Sized Cups Basmati Rice

3 Table Spoons Green Peas

3 Table Spoons Sweet Corn Seeds

4 Green Chillies Sliced Vertically into 2 Pieces Each

2 Medium Sized Onions Sliced Vertically into Thin Pieces

12 Curry Leaves

1 Table Spoon Mint Leaves

3 Bojwaraku (Bojwar Leaves)

1/4 Tea Spoon Sajeera

4 Cloves

1/3 Tea Spoon Cinnamon

8 Cardamoms

2.5 Table Spoons Oil

1/2 Tea Spoon Salt

1.5 Tea Spoon Ginger Garlic Paste

Cooking Procedure

Heat Oil in a Bowl and add Sajeera, Cloves, Cinnamon, Cardamom pieces without peeling them, Curry Leaves, Green Chillies, Onions, Mint Leaves to it. Fry them until Onions turn golden brown color.

Add Green Peas & Sweet Corn to the above mixture and let it cook on low heat for 5 minutes.After 5 minutes add Ginger Garlic Paste, 5 Cups of Water, Salt and cover it with a lid.

Cook it on medium heat until water is boiling.When water is boiling add the cleaned Basmati Rice to  it and cook on medium heat, keep mixing rice every once in a while. When there is little water left in the cooking rice, reduce the heat to low and cook until Rice is well cooked.
