1/2 Kg Big Tomatoes Sliced Vertically

3 Medium Size Onions Chopped into Small Slices

4 Eggs

2 Tea Spoons Ginger Garlic Paste

1/4 Tea Spoon Turmeric

1 Tea Spoon Salt

2 Tea Spoons Red Chilly Powder

2.5 Table Spoons Oil

1.5 Tea Spoons Coriander Powder

1/2 Tea Spoon Gharam Masala (Available in Indian Stores)

1/4 Cup Coriander Leaves

Cooking Procedure


Heat Oil in a pan. Add Onion and saute until gold brownish, add Ginger Garlic past, Turmeric, Tomatoes, Salt, Red Chilly Powder and let tomatoes cook on medium heat. Add Coriander Powder, Gharam Masala.


After Tomatoes are decently cooked make 4 small spaces with a spoon in the cooked tomatoes to add 4 raw eggs, like making 4 small omelets without them getting mixed. 


Place a lid on the pan and let it cook on low heat until one side of the egg is half cooked. Now turn around all the omelets to cook on the other side.


Add Coriander Leaves and the dish the ready to be served.


Procedure for Making Gharam Masala : Grind 1/4 Tea Spoon, 4 Cloves, 4 Cardamoms, 2 small Cinnamon, 8 Pepper pcs, 8 Kababchini pcs to make fine Gharam Masala Powder.
