Gobi Aloo Tomato Masala

Ingredients

1 Medium sized Cauliflower (Gobi) cut into big pieces

2 Medium sized Onions made to paste by grinding

2 Tea Spoons Garlic Paste

6 Medium sized Tomatoes made to paste by grinding

3 Medium sized peeled Potatoes cut into 4 pieces and deep fried

Salt & Red Chilly Powder to Taste

1/8 Tea Spoon Turmeric

1 Tea Spoon Garam Masala

1/2 Tea Spoon Sugar

1 Table Spoon Fresh Coriander

Oil to your Taste

Cooking Procedure

Heat Oil in a pan and add Onion Paste to cook on low heat for 5 minutes.

Add Tomato Paste to it and cook on low heat until oil starts accumulating to the edges separating from the mixture.

Add Salt, Red Chilly Powder, Turmeric, Garam Masala, Sugar and saute.

Take half of the mixture from pan into a bowl and let the other half cook on low heat.

Add little Oil to the mixture in the pan and cook for a minute.

Add Cauliflower to the mixture in the pan and let it cook on low heat for a while.

Transfer remaining Tomato mixture from the bowl into the pan.

Add fried Potatoes and cook on low heat until all ingredients are well cooked.

Garnish with Fresh Coriander and serve hot.
