Ingredients

2 Cups Boiled Kidney beans

1/2 Cup Oats

2 tablespoons each almonds and walnuts

1/4 cup finely chopped red bellpepper

1/4 cup finely chopped carrots

1/4 cup onions

2 tablespoons finley chopped green onions

2 tablespoon chopped mint (optional)

2 - 3 chopped coriander/ cilantro leaves

1/2 teaspoon chopped green chillies

salt and redchilli powder to taste

1.5 teaspoons roasted cumin powder

1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste

1/2 teaspoon garam masala

oil for shallow frying

Cooking Procedure

n 1. Grind the nuts and oats together into a fine powder.nn  nn 2. Mash the kibeny beans with a potato masher or in a blender.nn  nn 3. Mix all the ingrdients well  except oil and make a dough.nn  nn 4. Then take small portions from the dough and roll into balls. Then flatten the balls into cutlets. nn  nn 5. Shallow fry them on medium heat till they get nice crisp on both sides about  7 - 8 mins each side.nn  nn Note:nn 1. Soak about 1 cup dry kidney beans for 6 - 8 hrs and pressure cook them till soft.nn 2. Adjust the oats powder as required.nn  n
