Ingredients

4 lb chicken wings

1 tablespoon roasted cumin

3/4 tsp black pepper corns

4 - 5 teaspoon redchilli powder or to taste

1/4 cup vinegar

2 tablespoons low sodium soya sauce

1/4 cup olive oil

2 tablespoons freshly ground ginger garlic paste.

salt to taste

Cooking Procedure

n 1. Remove the tips of the wings and discard or save for making stock. Using a knife, separate the wings at the joint. Clean and pat dry with a paper towel.nn 2. Grind the roasted cumin and black pepper into a fine powder.nn 3. In a bowl add chicken wings and all the ingredients and mix well. Marinate for 30 mins.nn 4. Preheat the oven to 400 F. nn 5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the wings in a single layer on the baking sheet.nn 6. Bake the wings for 25 mins, flip them and again bake for 25 mins. Baking time varies with oven type hence keep a eye on wings.nn 7. Serve hot with plain greek yogurt  or sour cream.nn  n
