8 Medium Sized Spinach Leaves

2 Medium Sized Carrots Chopped with Skin Peeled Off

2 Table Spoons Chopped Celery Leaves

1/2 Tea Spoon Pepper

1/4 Tea Spoon Salt

500 ml Water
