Fish Fry

Ingredients

1/2 Kg Fish

1/5 Tea Spoon Red Chilly Powder

1 Tea Spoon Salt

1/4 Turmeric Powder

5 Table Spoons Olive Oil or Any Other Edible Oil

2 Tea Spoons Ginger Garlic Paste

1/2 Tea Spoon Garam Masala (Procedure Described or Available in Asian Stores)

Cooking Procedure

Cut Fish into thin slices.Wash Fish by adding 2-3 tea spoons salt to water, repeat washing fish with water without salt twice.Place the washed fish in a mesh for the water to drip off the meat.

Add Ginger & Garlic paste, Turmeric powder, Salt, Chilly and Garam Masala to the Fish in a bowl large enough to mix them well.

Now the fish is ready to be fried on a panTo get good taste of fish, it is suggested that the fish is fried in 2-3 batches based on the pan size.

Add 2 table spoons of oil and place 3-4 fish pieces on the pan, let it cook on high heat until they turn golden brown color, at this point cover the pan with the lid and let it cook for 5 minutes.

After this turn around the fish on the pan and repeat the same procedure for the other side. The fish is now well fried on both the sides.

Repeat this procedure until you fry all the fish pieces.

Tastes good when served hot.

Procedure for Making Garam Masala : Grind 1/4 Tea Spoon, 4 Cloves, 4 Cardamoms, 2 small Cinnamon, 8 Pepper pcs, 8 Kababchini pcs to make fine Garam Masala Powder.
