Heat a pan om medium heat , add Oil.
Add Green Gram Sprouts to the hot oil and cook for 5 minutes.
Cut Boiled Eggs to desired sized pieces (Can remove Egg Yolk) and add them to the sprouts in the pan. Lower the heat.
Add Red Chilli powder, Salt to the Sprouts & Egg mixture and cook for 3-5 minutes.
Take off the heat, squeeze lemon and mix well.
Garnish it with Coriander Leaves & Finely Chopped Green Chillies.
