Take out the Soaked Black Chana (Black Cickpeas) from water and transfer them into Cooker on the heater with 1 glass of water added to it.
Cover the cooker with the lid to cook it under pressure.After the first whistle, turn the heat to low and wait until 7th whistle. Switch off the heater after 7th whistle and let the pressure go off the cooker.
Remove the water from cooker and keep cooked Chana aside.
Take cut Chicken into a bowl and add Ginger Garlic Paste, Turmeric, Red Chilly Powder, Salt to it. Mix the ingredients well and marinate it for 15 minutes.
Add Oil to the Pan on the heater and let it heat.Add Green Chilly and Onion to the hot oil and let it cook until onion turns golden brown color.
Add marinated Chicken to the pan and let it cook until the water in it is absorbed.
Now add 2 Cups of water to the chicken and let it cook until chicken is well cooked.
Add cooked Black Chana (Black Chickpeas) to the Chicken and let it cook for 5 minutes
.Finally add Coriander Powder, Garam Masala, Coriander Leaves to the curry and let it cook until gravy thickens to your requirement.Take off the heat of the heater.
Procedure for Making Garam Masala : Grind 1/4 Tea Spoon, 4 Cloves, 4 Cardamoms, 2 small Cinnamon, 8 Pepper pcs, 8 Kababchini pcs to make fine Garam Masala Powder.
