Cut Chocolate into small pieces
Boil Milk, Cream & Chocolate in a Think Pan
Pour the mix in a bowl, wrap it and keep aside for 5-10 minutes
Mix Chocolate & Milk well without any lumps
Add Melted Butter & Wipped Cream to the Chocolate Mix and stir well
Keep Chocolate Mouse in Chiller for some time
Pour Chocolate Mouse into a small dome shaped mold
Boil Jasmine Tea & White Chocolate with little water and stain them. Stuff this thick mix in the middle of the chocolate mouse.
Demold the Mouse in a plate and serve it
