About Recipe

Delicious vegan recipe is so easy to make and tastes close to real tuna. Superb for a vegan tuna salad sandwich.

Ingredients

15 ounces Canned Chickpeas or 1 and ½ cups Cooked Chickpeas

1/4 cup Vegan Mayonnaise (60g)

1 Nori Sheet *Finely Chopped*

1/4 cup Finely Chopped Red Onion

1 tbsp Lemon Juice

10 Finely Chopped Capers

1/2 tbsp Garlic Powder

1 tbsp Nutritional Yeast

1 tbsp Tamari or Soy Sauce

1 tbsp Dijon Mustard

1/2 tbsp White Vinegar

Sprinkle Ground Black Pepper

1/2 tbsp Sprinkle Sea Salt
