Namkeen Vegetable rice is the fastest and the easiest way of making leftover rice by simply adding mixed vegetables to it. Served it hot with curd.

Ingredients

2 tbsp oil

1 black cardamom

2 Green cardamom

1 tbsp cumin seeds

Hing/Asafoetida to taste

1/2 Ginger Garlic Paste

1 cup Onion Chopped

1 Cup Veggies (your Choices)

1 Green Chilli chopped

2 cups Basmati Rice washed

Water
