250 grams of cottage cheese
1 tablespoon of ginger paste
1 tablespoon of garlic paste

Cooking Procedure
Cut the cottage cheese into small pieces and marinate with ginger paste, garlic paste, and salt. Keep aside for 15-20 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the cottage cheese pieces ey turn golden brown. Remove from the pan and keep aside.
In the same pan, add cumin seeds and let them crackle. Add chopped onions and green chilies and sauté until the onions turn translucent.
