n 1. Drain water and cut tofu into 1/2 inch pieces.nn 2. In a non stick pan add oil and fry tofu till they get light brown color.nn 3.In a fresh pan add oil,cumin and mustard seeds.nn 4.Let them splutter and add onions,fry them till they become translucent.nn 5.Add turmeric ginger garlic paste,salt,green chillies.nn 6.Add coriander,cumin and chilli pwders.nn 7.Add tomatoes and cook till oil separates.nn 8.Now add capsicum,cover and cook on medium heat till they become tender.nn 9.Add fried tofu ,garam masala and kasthurimethi .nn 10.mix well and simmer for 10 mins.serve with roti.n
