Fruit Smoothies... the healthier way to have your dessert!I love smoothies made with fruit, they are so easy to make and they taste so yummy. I cut up my fruit last night, put it in a resealable bag, and threw in the freezer overnight. When I got home from work I threw it in the blender and whipped up this delicious smoothie in no time at all. I love using the frozen fruit, that way I don't have to use ice and I think that the smoothie comes a bit more creamy and thick.
