Ingredients

1 Pound Ground Turkey

1/4 Cup Finely Chopped onions

1 Tablespoon Finely Chopped Mint Leaves

1 Tablespoon Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves

2 Teaspoons Ginger Garlic Paste

1/2 Teaspoon Green chilly Paste or to Taste

1 Teaspoon Red Chilly Powder or to Taste

Pinch of Turmeric

2 Tablespoons Parmesan cheese

1.5 Teaspoon Coriander Powder

Salt to Taste

2 Teaspoons Olive oil

1/4 Teaspoon Garam Masala or to Taste

Metal or wooden skewers

1 Tablespoon Olive oil for cooking

Cooking Procedure

n 1.  Mix all the above ingredients very well, except 1 tablespoon Olive oil. Keep it a side for 15 mins.nn 2. Take a handful of the mixture and form a sausage around the skewers with the help of two hands. Will make around 10 - 12 sheek kebabs.nn 3. Heat a skillet on medium heat, add 1 teaspoon of oil and place the sheek kebabs. Fry the kebabs in batches depending upon the size of the skillet.nn 4. Fry on medium heat turning in between and brushing oil on them. Cook till they are nicely browned on all sides. Will take 10 - 12 mins.nn 5. Serve hot with fresh  mint or coriander leaves chutney/ yogurt/ ranch.nn Note: These sheek Kebabs can also be cooked in oven. Place them in order on baking tray. Brush some oil. Cook on 350 F for 20 - 25 mins turning the sheek kebabs in between and brushing with oil. nn For extra flavor butter can be used while cooking. nn If using wooden skewers soak them in water for atleast 15 mins.n
