2 Cups Raw Sunflower seeds

3/4 Tsp Redchilli powder/ Cayenne pepper

1/2 Tsp Dry Mango Powder

1/2 Tsp Chat Masala (optional)

Salt to taste (preferably fine sea salt)

pinch of turmeric

1/2 Tsp Olive Oil

Cooking Procedure

n 1. Heat a pan on medium heat, when hot add the sunflower seeds.nn  nn 2. Lower the heat to medium low and roast the seeds until they are light golden, may take 5 - 6 mins.nn  nn 3. Switch off the flame, add the remaining ingredients including oil and mix well. nn  nn 4. Allow them to cool and store in a air tight container.n
