Very Healthy for Breakfast

Ingredients

1 cup homemade moong sprouts

1/2 cup whole grain quick cooking oats

1/4 to 1/2 cup rice flour(optional)

1/2 cup fresh cilantro(coriander) leaves

1/2 cup finely grated carrot

2 - 3 green chillies

1 teaspoon ginger

1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds

6 - 8 curry leaves

salt to taste

1 - 2 tablespoons oil

Cooking Procedure

Grind the oats to a coarse powder.

To it add all the ingreidients except grated carrot and oil. Add water and grind to get a dosa batter consistency. Add water as required.

Heat a tawa/ griddle on medium heat.nn Add grated carrot to dosa batter and mix well

Take a ladleful of batter and gently pour onto the centre of tawa, immedietly spread the batter in circular motion to form a dosa of about 8 inches in diameter.

Drizzle some oil on top and around the edges of dosa.

When  the edges starts turning light brown flip the dosa and cook for 30 secs. Fold over and  serve with sambhar or any  chutney.
