2 Cups Home made Yogurt(curd)

salt or Sugar as per taste

Cooking Procedure

n  nn 1. Take a fine mesh sieve or a strainer lined with two layers of cheese cloth and place it on a container.nn  nn 2. Pour the yogurt into the strainer. Wrap the strainer with a plastic wrap along with the container.nn  nn 3. Place this set up in the refrigetor and let stand overnight ( 10 - 12hrs), depending on the thickness of cheese desired.nn  nn 4. The liquid from the yogurt drains out completely in 10 - 12hrs. The liquid can be used in soups, gravies etc.nn  nn 5. Uses of Yogurt cheese:nn       -can be eaten as it is by adding little salt or sugarnn       - add herbs/ veggies of your choicenn       -spread it on toast/ bagel/ pita bread/ rotinn       -have it with pita chips or crackers.n
