Red Beet Smoothie – A delicious and healthy smoothie made with bananas, beets, pineapple, and yogurt. Perfect for breakfast, or as an afternoon treat.

Ingredients

2 small raw beets peeled and cubed

2 bananas peeled and sliced

2 cups frozen pineapple pieces

1 cup plain yogurt or non-dairy yogurt

1 cup clean water

Cooking Procedure
