Small Bitter Gourd Fry

Ingredients

1/4 kg Small Bitter Gourd

3 Table Spoons Besan (Gram Flour / Shenagapindi)

1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder

1/2 Tsp Salt / to your taste

1.5 Table Spoons Oil

Cooking Procedure

Peel Bitter Gourd, make a cut it in the middle, remove seeds and keep aside.

Mix Salt to the Bitter Gourd, cover it and let it stay for 1 hour. Wash them after an hour.

In a bowl mix Gram Flour (Besan), Red Chilli Powder, Salt, 1/2 tea spoon oil.

Fill Bitter Gourd with the mixture. Keep the extra Gram Flour mix aside.

Heat Oil in a Pan, add filled Bitter Gourd and saute them on low heat until they are cooked well.

Add remaining Gram Flour Mix to the pan and cook for another 5 minutes before taking off the heat.
