About Recipe

Dum aloo is one the most popular dishes in North India. There are many variations for this dish and decided to try this recipe from one of my favourite sites and a legend Tarla Dalal. I loved this variation compared to Kashmiri Dum Aloo which is cooked in a sealed pan in yoghurt gravy.

Ingredients
