Signature dish of the chinese, so easy and tasty

Ingredients

Rice cooked 2 cups

beans cut into long thin strips 1/2 bowl

carrot cut into thin long strips 1/2 cup

peas 1/4 cup

onions 2 finely cut

capscicum 2 diced

ajinomoto a pinch

salt to taste

soya sauce 4 tsp

oil 1tbsp

Cooking Procedure

n Take oil in a pan and add the onions. Saute till light pink. Then add the veggies and allow to cook for five to seven minutes. Then add ajinomoto,salt and soya sauce. Cook for two minutes and turn off the gas. Add rice and mix well. It is ready to serve.n
