Ingredients

- Puff pastry quiche at 4 to 5 cm diameter = 2 pp.

- Zucchini (green & yellow) dice = 15 gm

- Eggplant dice = 15 gm

- White onion dice = 10 gm

- Fresh garlic = 2 clove

- Bell Pepper (red & yellow) = 15 gm

- Olive oil = 05 ml

- Tomato pest = 10 gm

- Origano = 1 tsp

- Fresh basil = 3/4 leaf

- Cooking cream = 150 ml

- Parmesan cheese = 80 gm

- Red wine sauce = 2 tsp

- Seasoming = to test

Cooking Procedure

n  nn n n n n Method:-n n Cut the vegetables, dice and saute with olive oil. Add some tomato pest, white wine and some vegetable stock water and cook the vegetable nicely. Add some salt pepper, origano, and fill the vegetable mixture on the tart and put the thick cheese fondue on top. Bake it until geeting hot nicely.n n    Serve with very light red wine sauce.n n n nnn  n
