Cooking Procedure

n  nn n n n n Method:-n n  n n  Slice of fresh tomato , fresh Buffalo mozzarella cheese , european black eggplant.n n grilled the eggplant with seasoning and olive oil, make it cold.n n        apply the flour and deep on beaten egg and put on the bread crum, and deep fried it on the hot cooking oil. Then make the lear with tomato slice , slice buffalo mozzerella cheese , and slice of fried eggplant .and put this timble on the baking plate and put some permisana cheese on the top and bake until cheese is melting.n n  For garnish:-n n  Balsamic vinegar reduction , Basil pesto and fresh basil leaf on the top .n n n nnn  n
