Ingredients

2 Slices Whole Wheat Bread

1 Chicken Breast

Salt & Pepper to Taste

1 Lettuce Leaf

1 Tomato Sliced

2 tbsp Mint Chutney

1/2 tbsp W. Sauce

1 tbsp Chopped Garlic

1 tbsp Oil

Cooking Procedure

n n Marinate the Chicken Breast with W. Sauce, Oil, salt & pepper.n n Grill it on the griller and slice it into half and keep it aside.n n Apply mint Chutney to both the bread piecesn n Arrange lettuce leaf, tomato slices, grilled chicken on one of the bread and cover it with the other bread slice.n n Press it tightly and cut it into two slice in triangular shape.n n Arrange it on the serving plat and serve with french fires and coleslaw.nn
