Ingredients

1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced

2 tbsp. vegetable oil

1 cup broccoli florets

Cooking Procedure

Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat and add 1 tbsp. of the oil.

Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tbsp. of oil to the pan and add the vegetables. Cook until tender-crisp, about 3-4 minutes.
