This delicious rustic tart peach galette baked on a buttery flaky pastry is be the best dessert you will bake all year! Made with fresh organic pink-yellow peaches, few ingredients and no refined sugars, this easy galette is your golden ticket to a guilt-free dessert!

Ingredients

1 pastry dough

2 peaches

1/2 cup date sugar

1/2 lemon, juice

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla extract

lemon zest

Cooking Procedure

n span>Schedulenn n Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Spray a round pie dish and place the pastry dough in the center with he edges folded over the side.n n Wash and slice the peaches thinly. Place the peach slices in a medium size bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix so the peach slices are entirely and evenly covered. Sprinkle the peaches with lemon zest.n n Arrange the peach slices in a circular motion starting on the outside layer. Than fold the dough over the peach slices.n n Bake for 35-40 minutes. Serve hot with vanilla ice cream. Refrigerate remaining galette.nn
