An easy recipe for tangy, marinated Pork Ribs that are baked to perfection and guaranteed to fall off the bone!

Ingredients

2-3 Racks of pork ribs (usually about 1.5 kg/3 pounds each)

Salt, to taste

Pepper to taste

2 x (425ml – 455 ml) bottles of your favourite BBQ sauce (I use Diana’s Original)
