n 1.Heat oil ,add onions,green chillies, saute them.add ginger garlic paste,fry till raw odour goes.nn 2.Add vegetables,add salt and turmeric cover and cook till they are done.nn 3.Drain water from tofu and dry it with a paper towel.nn 4.smash it with palm and add to the vegetables.nn 5.add coriander,chilli powders and stirr fry just like u do for scrambled egg curry.nn 6.finally add garam masala and take off the flame.nn 7.serve hot with roti or u can stuff this in pita pocket bread or make sandwitch.n
