Imitation Crab Salad – quick and easy crab salad made with crunchy cucumbers, sweet corn, and hard-boiled eggs. Perfect for lunch, dinner, or on a sandwich!

Ingredients

14 oz. imitation crab (one package)

2 medium cucumbers

8 oz. sweet corn

3 hard-boiled eggs

1 tbsp. fresh dill finely chopped

1/4 cup mayo

salt and pepper, to taste

Cooking Procedure

n n n Cut the imitation crab into ½-inch cubes. Peel the eggs and cucumbers and cut them into small cubes, too. Place these ingredients into a medium bowl.n n n n To the same bowl, add the corn and chopped dill.n n n n Add the mayo, salt, and pepper, and mix everything well. Serve immediately.n nn
