Manchurian is my son s favorite, so I tried it for the first time and it really came out good. You need to take care of few tips, while preparing it. The dough of vegetables for Manchurian, should not be too sticky, you need to use less flour and corn flour, only that much that we can prepare balls out of it. Deep fry them on low flame, and don t forget to put on tissue paper, so that extra oil can be absorbed by tissue. One more thing, soy sauce is not good for health, so I have skipped it. You can also skip it if you want to go for healthy one. So take care of these tips and do try it. Happy Cooking !
