5 Big Tomatoes

3 Table Spoons Coriander Leaves

3 Table Spoons Basil (Fresh if Available)

2-3 Table Spoons Honey

4 Table Spoons Olive Oil

3 Table Spoons Vinegar

1/2 Tea Spoon Pepper

Cooking Procedure

Cut Tomatoes into round shaped pieces like shown in the image and arrange them in a plate.Add Olive Oil, Vinegar, Honey, Pepper, Coriander Leaves, Mint Leaves & Basil Leaves to a bowl and mix well to make salad dressing.Using a spoon spread the dressing on the tomatoes.Adjust the ingredients based on your taste.
