Heat generous amount of Olive Oil in a wide pan and add cut Cherry Tomatoes, Green Peas, Sliced Garlic, Salt & Pepper. Cook on low heat mixing gently as required.
While the vegetables are cooking cut Idly into 4 pieces, make smaller pieces to make idly crispy.
Add Idly pieces to the vegetables and continue cooking until vegetables are well cooked and idly pieces are decently fried.
