Delicious frozen yogurt that is perfect for a hot day when you are really craving something sweet! Surprise- it is also good for you!

Ingredients

2 cups frozen blueberries

1 small frozen banana

2/3 cup plain low fat yogurt

2 tbsp. pure honey

Cooking Procedure

n Combine all ingredients into a high-powered blender or food processor and blend on high for about 2 minutes, pausing to push ingredients down the sides when necessary.nn Serve immediately.nn  nn *mixture will blend the best if 11/2 cups blueberries and yogurt is blended first and then blend in remaining ingredients.n
