About Recipe

Traditional Greek meze dish with a hint of India. Greek meatballs or ‘Koftethes’ are perfect party food on their own served hot or cold or even better as a light lunch. I’ve tweaked the traditional recipe to, literally, spice things up a bit. Utterly more’ish and always a favourite with the kids – go on, make some balls..

Ingredients

pork mince (or substitute for lamb)

potato grated

onion grated

garlic grated

white bread soaked in milk

fresh parsley and coriander

egg

lemon juice

ground cumin, smoked paprika, ground coriander, garam masala and one chilli

olive oil

Seasoning

Flour for dusting
