Simple, tender, and seriously addictive, this Fried Cauliflower is a staple at my home. Made with only 4 ingredients, this tasty cauliflower treat makes a great snack or side dish. And it’s kid-friendly.

Ingredients

1 small cauliflower head

3 eggs

1/2 cup flour for dredging

Salt and pepper

Vegetable oil for frying

Cooking Procedure

n n n Break the cauliflower florets into medium-small pieces. Boil them in salted water for 7-9 minutes, depending on how large your pieces are. Drain and set aside.n n n n Add flour to a small bowl.n n n n In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs with some salt and pepper.n n n n Dredge the cauliflower pieces in flour and then dip them into the egg mixture.n n n n Add vegetable oil (about 4 tbsp.) to a large, non-stick skillet. Fry the cauliflower over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side, until it turns golden brown on each side.n n n n Drizzle with garlic sauce* if desired.n nn
