This mildly spiced, colorful dish can compliment to just about any meal.

Ingredients

5-6 carrot

1/2 cup green peas

1/2 tsp mustard seeds

1/2 tsp cumin seeds

1/4 tsp ginger paste

2-3 green chili chopped

1/2 tsp red chili powder

1/4 tsp garam masala powder

1/4 tsp dry mango powder

1 tbsp coriander leaves chopped

1 tbsp oil

Salt to taste

Cooking Procedure

n n 1. Wash, peel and chop carrot.n n  nnn 2. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, let them crackle.nn  nn n n 3. Now add green chili, red chili powder, green peas, saute for somen      time.n n n 4. Add carrot, salt, cook covered on medium heat, stirring time to time.n n  n n n n n 5. Add garam masala, dry mango powder and mix well.n n  n n n 6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.n n n  n n n  nnn  n
