Is it me or the month of January went very fast ?! It seems like just yesterday we were getting into in 2014 and today is February 1, the first day of the smallest month of the year. And with it comes another edition of " Day One ... In The Kitchen ". For this edition, Isabel Patrick suggested doing "a good warm meal to warm our souls" . And so the theme announced February, the Soups of vegetables. And what better to warm our souls that a vegetable soup ?!
