Ingredients

1 Large and ripe avocado

6 whole wheat/ multigrain bread slices

1 teaspoon lime juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Procedure

n 1. Heat a non stick griddle on medium heat, when hot add little olive oil and spread across griddle.nn 2. Fry/ toast the bread on both sides till they turn light brown.nn 3. Slice the avocado in half, remove the seed and take out the flesh into a small bowl.nn 4. Add the lemon juice and mash the avocado with a fork. It can smooth or chunky.nn 5. Add salt and pepper and mix well.nn 6. Spread the avocado mixture on the toasted bread, sprinkle  some parmesan cheese or drizzle some olive oil on top.nn 7. You can also add finely sliced onions, tomatoes, cilantro on the top according to taste.n
