Need a chocolate fix? Try these Three Ingredient Paleo Chocolate Truffles for a creamy and delicious two-bite treat. Made with coconut cream for a rich, paleo, vegan chocolate candy.

Ingredients

1 can coconut cream (not coconut milk)

8 oz vegan, paleo-friendly chocolate, chopped (85% dark chocolate)

1 tbsp maple syrup

crushed freeze dried strawberries

Cooking Procedure

n n Pour coconut cream into a pan over medium-high heat and whisk to combine.n n Heat until it starts to boil around edges.n n Add chopped chocolate and continue to whisk. Remove from heat.n n Add maple syrup.n n Place in refrigerator and allow to chill at least a few hours.n n When completely chilled, use a mini melon scooper to make even sized balls. Roll into a round shape.n n If desired, roll in crushed freeze dried strawberries. (I used my food processor to chop mine.)nn
