Heat 4 medium cups of Water in a thick container on low heat.When the water is boiling add water cleaned Sabudana (Sago) and cook on low heat. Keep stirring the liquid to avoid Sabudana (Sago) forming lumps or it getting roasted at the bottom of container.Take it off the heat after Sabudana is well cooked and liquid turns thick.

Now heat the Milk separately and add it to the cooked Sabudana along with Sugar, Cashew, Raisins, Cardamom Powder. Mix all the ingredients well.
