3 Cups of Oats

4 Cups of Milk

1 Table Spoon Cashew Cut into Small Pieces

1 Table Spoon Almond Flakes

1 Table Spoon Raisin

8 Cardamoms Powdered

1 Table Spoon Dry Fig Slices

Sugar To Your Taste

Cooking Procedure

n n Boil 4 Cups of Milk in a vessel adding 4 Cups of Water to it.n n Add Oats to the boiling diluted Milk and keep mixing until Oats are well cooked and recipe is thick enough to your taste. Add extra Milk & Water if required.n n Add the Dry Fruits, Sugar & Cardamom powder just before taking off the heat and mix well.n n Serve immediately to avoid thickening of the recipe.nnn Oats is considered good for reducing cholesterol.nn  n
