Deep fry the cut bread slices in a pan with oil until they get light brown color.
In the same oil deep fry Chiranji and Cashew for garnishing.
Boil the milk in a separate container large enough to hold the fried bread slices.
Add the fried bread slices to the hot milk. Ensure that milk is not on the heater while adding the slices.
Boil 3 table spoons of water adding 1/2 cup of sugar in a separate container until the sugar melts, ensure that the sugar dissolves at low heat.
Add this sugar syrup to the container with bread soaked in milk.
For garnishing sprinkle fried Cashew, Chiranji, Raisin and Cardamom powder.
Mix gently without breaking the bread slices.
Tastes good when served hot.
