4 Unripe Medium Size Bananas

1/2 Tea Spoon Red Chilly Powder

1/4 Tea Spoon Salt

Oil as Required to Deep Fry Banana Chips

Cooking Procedure


Peel off the green skin from Banana and cut into thin round slices.


Add Oil to the pan and let it heat for a while on medium heat. Add few Banana pieces to the hot oil and fry them until they are golden brown color.


Add only few banana pieces to the oil at once to avoid banana pieces from sticking. Repeat this 3-4 times to fry all the bananas pieces.


Place the fried banana chips on a plate with tissue paper to remove excess oil. After oil is absorbed place all the banana chips in a big plate and sprinkle salt and red chilly powder.


Tastes good only when hot.
