Ingredients

1/2 Kg Brinjal

2 Table Spoons finely chopped Garlic

1/2 Tea Spoon Red Chilly Powder

1/4 Tea Spoon Turmeric Powder

1/3 Tea Spoon Salt

2 Table Spoons Oil

Cooking Procedure

Cut Brinjal into 4 pieces vertically and soak in salt water.

Heat oil in the pan and add finely chopped garlic to cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes.

Add Turmeric Powder & soaked Brinjal to the pan.

Let Brinjals cook on low heat, mix gently once in a while. Take off the heat once cooked.
