1/2 kg Fish

1.5 Cups Fresh Coriander

1/2 Tea Spoon Green Chili Paste

1 Medium Sized Onion chopped into 4 Pieces

1/2 Tea Spoon Kabab Chini (AllSpice)

1/3 Tea Spoon Cumin Seeds (Sajeera)

1/3 Tea Spoon Cinnamon (Dalchini) pieces

4 Cloves

6 Cardamom pieces

2 Tea Spoon Dry Coconut Powder

1/4 Tea Spoon Turmeric

Salt to your taste

1 Tea Spoon Ginger Garlic Paste

1/2 Tea Soon Coriander Powder

2-3 Table Spoons Oil

Cooking Procedure


Clean the Fish pieces and keep them aside for water to drain.


Grind Fresh Coriander, Chilli paste, Onion pieces, Kabab Chini (allspice), Cumin Seeds (Sajeera), Cinnamon (Dalchini), Cloves, Ginger Garlic, Cardamom without layer, Coconut powder, Turmeric, Salt, Coriander powder into a paste.


Add this paste to the fish and mix well for the spices to apply to each piece. Marinate it for 10-15 minutes.


Heat 1.5 Table spoons of oil in a pan and fry 3-4 pieces on low heat. Fry 7-8 minutes on both the sides until fish is well cooked and it turns golden brown color.


Repeat the process of frying for all the marinated fish.
