Peel off the skin from Bitter Gourd and cut into round slices with the seeds.
Grind Garlic Pieces and Cumin Seeds lightly and keep the mixture aside for later use.
Heat Oil in a pan and add Bitter Gourd Slices.Let it cook on low heat until the vegetable is well cooked, do not add water.
After Bitter Gourd is cooked add Red Chilly Powder & Salt and cook for 5 more minutes.
After 5 minutes add Garlic, Cumin Seeds mixture and cook for another 5 minutes.Take off the heat once done.
