About Recipe

The second theme was to cook something with Pomegranate. I gave options like juice, muffins, granita etc and the channel people were not really convinced. They pushed me to come up with a dish which I could not have thought of otherwise. So, finally I tried this paneer dish with fresh pomegranate juice and told them happily that I will be making Anaari Paneer. Its an aromatic, delicious and healthy dish combining the flavours and spices.
