About Recipe

Cauliflower is one of my favourite vegetable and ginger adds a nice flavour to it. Cooking the vegetables in Mustard oil also adds a nice flavour and aroma to the curry.

Ingredients

Cauliflower florets

Peeled and Chopped potatoes

Chopped Tomatoes

Cumin seeds

Grated Ginger

Yoghurt

Slit Green chillies

Turmeric powder

Red chilli powder

Ginger

Salt to taste

Mustard Oil

coriander leaves for garnishing
